FAQ
When do you ship and what service do you use?
We ship out Mondays and Tuesdays each week except for major holidays and extreme weather conditions limiting access to roads. We live in the high plains of Wyoming so some things are beyond our control. We work with various shipping services to ensure delivery within 2-3 days of departure (usually 48 hours). Orders received after 12PM MST on Fridays will ship the next week so make sure you order before then to catch the earlier weekly ship out.
How will my shipment arrive?
Your vacuum sealed USDA inspected beef products will be shipped with Dry Ice or reusable gel packs. Keep an eye out for notifications from the shipper so you can receive your shipment as quickly as possible. We suggest opening your package immediately upon receipt and transferring meat to your freezer. If your order arrives packed with dry ice, please dispose of dry ice with caution and avoid touching.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
No, you must provide a physical address within the 50 states

Do you have local pick or delivery available if we live near Chugwater?
If you live in the Cheyenne, Chugwater or Wheatland area, you can choose local delivery in our online shop at checkout if your zip code is within our delivery zone. Once the order is confirmed we will be in touch to schedule your delivery day and time. Delivery for locals is free for orders over $50.

Yes all products are 21 Day Dry Aged
What breed of cattle do you raise?
Red Angus Cattle
Do you use hormones when raising your cattle?
No our beef is hormone free
Do you use antibiotics when raising your cattle?
Only when necessary if it’s a life and death situation such as pneumonia, but never within 45 days of harvesting
Do you raise your cattle humanely and ethically?
Yes we have our own calving program so our cattle live out their lives on the prairie where they graze and enjoy wide open pastures for their span of their life. All our cattle never see a third party feedlot and are humanely harvested in a USDA inspected facility.
Are your cattle raised in an environmentally conscious way?
Yes, absolutely. We implement a rotational grazing plan on our sustainable pastures that helps the soil quality increase and not cause erosion which makes the soil be more productive over time.
