Shipping
We ship our meats once a week on Mondays or Tuesdays with the exceptions of major holidays and extreme weather conditions in Southwestern Wyoming that limit access to roads.
We ship to all 50 states! Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical address at checkout.
Orders confirmed by Friday Noon MST will go out the following week. Tracking Information will be communicated to you as soon as your box has shipped and it is up to you to keep an eye out for delivery notifications. Tracking information will let you know which shipping service will deliver your order and when to expect your delivery.
We use enough dry ice or reusable gel packs to keep your order frozen during 2-3 days of transit so you must arrange to collect your package when it arrives to transfer to the freezer as soon as possible.
Please note: You can safely refreeze your beef if it is partially frozen when it arrives.
*If your order is shipped with dry ice, the dry ice may still be present in the box when it arrives. Please be careful and avoid touching it with your bare hands when disposing of it.
*If your order is shipped with gel packs, you may freeze them and re-use them!
Depending on your location from Southeastern Wyoming, most of our boxes will ship with 2-3 day service. Our shipping rate for our perishable products is a flat rate of $69 per box or per order with an order minimum of $150.
*Please understand we invest in premium shipping supplies, such as a corrugated box, insulated liner, dry ice or gel packs, and 2-3 day shipping service to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner to enjoy immediately or transfer to your freezer to enjoy at a later date in vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure flavor and freshness.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
DO NOT TOUCH WITH BARE HANDS
This package may contain dry ice, which is frozen carbon dioxide. Most (if not all) of the ice should be gone when you receive your package, but if there is some remaining, please read on.
Dry Ice is extremely cold. It may cause severe frostbite if it comes in contact with bare skin. It is harmful if eaten or swallowed. If ingested or if frostbite occurs, seek medical treatment immediately. Dry Ice must be handled carefully. Do not touch to skin, mouth or eyes. Do not put it in drinks. Do no eat. Do not store in areas other than those that are open and well ventilated. Never pick up Dry Ice with your bare hands. Always wear hand protection such as an oven mitt or heavy cloth towel. Do not put Dry Ice directly on tiles or solid surface countertops as the extreme cold of the dry ice may cause the surface to crack.
Using a heavy towel or over mitt to protect your hands, move the Dry Ice aside, remove the product, then simply put the Dry Ice back in the package it came in and move to ventilated area. Within 24 hours the solid Dry Ice will covert to a gas. Do not breathe carbon dioxide gas deeply or for an extended period of time.
